Main St. Garage Series Circa 1775 Sumac Rosewater Saison

Barrel-Aged Saison

Winner of the 2022 BC Beer Award for Specialty Wild Ale, this Circa 1775 Sumac and Rose Water Saison was built on a base of BC malted pilsner, raw and malted wheat, and a touch of English aromatic malt. It was then put it through a secondary fermentation in Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc Barrels from Penticton's Bench 1775 Winery before it was inoculating it with a house culture for 10 months. The blend was then conditioned on locally harvested Staghorn Sumac and Rose Water and bottle conditioned for a nice sparkling bubble in each sip.

Brimstone is a 4%-ABV Tmavé-Pivo-inspired beer brimming with mellow roast coffee and red-fruit sweetness, rich off-white lacing, and sasparilla and spice notes that add balance to a dark and complex character.

Ingredients: HOPS: Czech Saaz and 'Most' hops from Charles Faram grown in Czech Republic to showcase effects and impacts of terrois

MALT BILL: Crisp Hana (Czech heritage variety of barley grown and malted in the UK) as well as Bohemian and Canadian specialty malts

Main St. Gale Force Old Ale

Gale Force is the 2022 BC Beer Award Gold Medal Award Winner in the Strong Ale & Lager category. Traditionally made from the first runnings of a mild recipe (in this case, Main St.'s Tunnerman’s Dark Mild Ale from 2020) Gale Force was built on a rich, almost barleywine-like base that underwent an extended boil to add to its depth of sweetness, and a secondary fermentation with a traditional English brettanomyces that imparted a subtle tropical fruit character without detracting from the array of English malts used in the brewing process.

Steamworks Salted Chocolate Porter

Pouring the same colour as rich, dark chocolate this decadent spin on a porter leverages the natural roasted flavours from a variety of specialty malts. With generous additions of vanilla and local sea salt, the toast and intense chocolate of the malt makes this brew reminiscent of a salt finished chocolate tart.

Faculty 898 Imperial Cookie Stout

A Pastry Stout is an intentionally sweet stout, often made to mimic a specific dessert. Our Pastry Stout has a high ABV combined with a little sweetness. This is very much a dessert stout with caramel malt, vanilla, and cocoa nib, inspired by cookies. Unlike most pastry stouts, this brew does not contain lactose, making it completely vegan and lactose free.

It's the return of our seasonal Minzeweizen to draught, and for the first time in cans! A hefeweizen, German for "white beer" is brewed with at least 50% malted wheat.

This classic Faculty recipe is not your average winter ale. This hazy wheat beer is infused with peppermint tea for a pleasantly refreshing and unique twist on a beloved beer style.

5.2% ABV | 9% IBU

La Cerveceria Horchata Milk Stout

Our take on a classic Mexican riced based drink, a traditional milk stout brewed with additions of lactose, vanilla, chufa nuts and conditioned on cinnamon sticks. A creamy rich mouth feel with sweet notes of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon.

Container Dark Arts Belgian Quad

Decadent notes of plum, dried fruit and spice are complemented by a subtle and smooth warming alcohol sensation. Medium bodied and well balanced with just a hint of sweetness. A classic Quadruple that is indulgent and satisfying.

A malt forward Belgian ale featuring notes of dark fruit with toffee aromas. Aged on rum soaked toasted french oak to add another layer of complexity and nuanced flavour. Naturally carbonated in the can for an authentically smooth and delicate mouthfeel. This beer is a collaboration with our good friends at Dageraad. The rare and enigmatic Belgian IPA is a challenging brew that threatens to drive any brewer to madness as they seek just the right hop additions to complement the complexities of Belgian yeast. This dreamy brew features a combination of Loral and Amarillo hops, delivering a backbone of earthy herbaceousness, followed by notes of bright citrus and sweet fruit.
