Faculty 898 Imperial Cookie Stout
A Pastry Stout is an intentionally sweet stout, often made to mimic a specific dessert. Our Pastry Stout has a high ABV combined with a little sweetness. This is very much a dessert stout with caramel malt, vanilla, and cocoa nib, inspired by cookies. Unlike most pastry stouts, this brew does not contain lactose, making it completely vegan and lactose free.

Old Yale Brown Sugar Oat Stout
Inspired by espresso, our Brown Sugar Oat Stout offers a decadently rich experience. With Graham Cracker and Dark Chocolate flavours, the roasted malts with the addition of Brown Sugar, Lactose and a dash of Cinnamon in this Stout, create a smooth and subtly spiced finish

Stormy Mountain 3-Point Stout

Logan Rage Quit Oatmeal Stout
‘RAGE QUIT,’ our yearly send-off to the Summer, is an easy drinking and highly flavorful American stout brewed with a nice touch of flaked and malted oats for extra smoothness. Aromas of dark chocolate and espresso beans beets with a soft, roasted coffee flavor and creamy mouthfeel.
