Our take on a classic Mexican riced based drink, a traditional milk stout brewed with additions of lactose, vanilla, chufa nuts and conditioned on cinnamon sticks. A creamy rich mouth feel with sweet notes of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon.

A Pastry Stout is an intentionally sweet stout, often made to mimic a specific dessert. Our Pastry Stout has a high ABV combined with a little sweetness. This is very much a dessert stout with caramel malt, vanilla, and cocoa nib, inspired by cookies. Unlike most pastry stouts, this brew does not contain lactose, making it completely vegan and lactose free.
10% ABV | 17% IBU
A rich and smooth stout infused with Foggy Bean Storm Watch dark roast. The addition of lactose adds a creamy mouthfeel to balance the roastiness of the coffee, replicating the cozy feeling of a freshly brewed Latte on a stormy day.
6% ABV | 38 IBU
