We banished this dark beauty into rye whiskey barrels for just under a year. The result is something smooth, decadent, and maybe even a little sinister.
Complex layers harmonize with each sip; a bite of licorice, a velvet toffee kiss, and hints of charred oak give you a reason to adore the newest vintage of our Lost Love lineup.
Gong Xi Fa Cai and Happy Year of the Water Rabbit from Lucky Envelope and Highland Brewing! This refreshing west coast pilsner featuring real yuzu citrus fruit marks our fourth annual zodiac beer collaboration. Cheers to the new year with this traditional all-malt American Pilsner brewed with noble hops and fry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
Our 2023 Double Happiness marries two vintages of Westland Whiskey barrel-aged Imperial Stouts with a chai spice blend of cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn, ginger, orange peel and cloves. The resulting limited release beer has a warm spiciness that complements our Imperial Stout’s deep notes of caramel, cocoa powder, and boozy toasted oak.

Midnight black topped with a dense, creamy, and chocolate mousse foam. Powerful aromas of cocoa, caramel, coconut, toasted oak, and chocolate covered berries. Big flavors of ripe cherries, red velvet cake with a hint of char and a touch of Bourbon. Finishes with a kiss of oak tannins and a mouth coating richness.
This beer is inspired by the ancient Mesoamerican bitter drinking chocolate made from crushed cocoa beans. Our Xocolatl Imperial Stout features the decadent, deep cocoa flavors of our whiskey barrel-aged Imperial Stout infused with green chilis and a touch of cinnamon for a unique intensity
After resting in bourbon barrels for the past two years, one of our most requested beers, Satan's Airport, is ready to make a brief return to the Aslan lineup! We're thrilled with how this batch of Satan's Airport has aged. Strong bourbon flavor and aroma blend with notes of coffee, milk chocolate, and chocolate-covered raisins. We only had a single barrel filled with this nectar, so supplies are limited. Available only at the Brewpub and Aslan Seattle.
An enticingly smooth and complex beer, full of intrigue and nuance, this year's Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout is one beautiful beer. Deceptively easy to drink at 11.6% ABV, it boasts notes of cherry, chocolate, vanilla, raisin and toffee, with just enough boozy heat to put some color in your cheeks. A product of patience and skilled blending, this year's vintage was aged in barrels from both Stein Distillery and Westland Distillery, and though it is delicious right now, it also definitely will benefit from being cellared in the bottle for some amount of time.
Aged in Westward Whiskey barrels, “Hodgepodge is possibly the most approachable of the barrel aged beers we’re releasing,” Dave explains. “Dark chocolate, roast, and rye spice balance with some tasty oak to create a complex and very drinkable barrel aged stout. It’s the driest of this year’s releases, but it still packs a heavy punch at 12% ABV.” It’s also the smallest batch of the Stout Month bottles, so grab one while you can.
The Morrigan is the Celtic goddess of war and death who flies over the battlefield in the shape of a raven and is also the name of our yearly Woodford Reserve barrel aged Imperial Stout. Aged for 8 months, we finished this variant with a hefty dose of peanut butter and Ecuadorian Cacao nibs.
