Double Happiness 2021 is a blend of Imperial Porters aged in Copperworks and Westland Whiskey Barrels conditioned on Coffeeholic's Vietnamese-Origin Dreamer Coffee blend and real vanilla. This coffee boasts bold cocoa and cane sugar notes which meld beautifully with Madagascar vanilla beans and the aged Imperial Porter’s rich notes of roasty caramel, milk chocolate, and warm toasted oak.
After resting in bourbon barrels for the past two years, one of our most requested beers, Satan's Airport, is ready to make a brief return to the Aslan lineup! We're thrilled with how this batch of Satan's Airport has aged. Strong bourbon flavor and aroma blend with notes of coffee, milk chocolate, and chocolate-covered raisins. We only had a single barrel filled with this nectar, so supplies are limited. Available only at the Brewpub and Aslan Seattle.
This beer is inspired by the ancient Mesoamerican bitter drinking chocolate made from crushed cocoa beans. Our Xocolatl Imperial Stout features the decadent, deep cocoa flavors of our whiskey barrel-aged Imperial Stout infused with green chilis and a touch of cinnamon for a unique intensity

Big flavors of ripe cherries, red velvet cake with a hint of char and a touch of Bourbon. Finishes with a kiss of oak tannins and a mouth coating richness.

Pours an elegant black walnut topped with a toasted almond crown. Opulent aromas of vanilla, candied walnuts, bourbon-spiked coffee and maple cookies entice investigation. Flavors of pecan pie baking atop a wood burning stove, rich toffee and dark chocolate delight the palate before giving way to a warming, decadent finish.
