We partnered with Inclusive Idaho to brew this Sour Porter with dates and pomegranate fruit in celebration of Black History Month. This beer was inspired by ingredients used in ancient Egypt, where many historians believe was the original birthplace of beer.

Double Berliner Weisse (kettle sour) made with 75 lbs of Peach Ring sour candy and an absurd amount of peaches (2 lbs per gallon)! It was empeached twice during its fermentation term.

The Morrigan is the Celtic goddess of war and death who flies over the battlefield in the shape of a raven and is also the name of our yearly Woodford Reserve barrel aged Imperial Stout. Aged for 8 months, we finished this variant with a hefty dose of peanut butter and Ecuadorian Cacao nibs.
