Farm to Market Stout No. 22 Stout is the third beer Ferment has created for Zupan’s Markets. The brewers aged an Imperial Stout for 11 months in specialty Colorado whiskey barrels. The resulting beer is a 14.3% ABV behemoth.

Ferment’s 11% ABV Barleywine ale, now released for the second year in a row, is an English approach to this heavy-hitting winter warmer. The seven-grain malt bill blends characteristics of toffee, heated caramel, toasted bread, dark figs, and currants into complex layers that change with every sip. Brewed in 2021, the beer sat in French oak wine barrels for nearly a year, melding the flavors together and adding a touch of subtle oak character.

A sublime hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer, Wreck the Halls has comforting notes from pale and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season.

Brewed in collaboration with Ranger Chocolate Co., this chocolate stout goes down smooth and finishes just dry enough to make you want another. It’s perfect for these cooler days, with notes of dark bread, Baker’s chocolate, molasses, and dark fruit.

Not every winter beer needs to be dark. In this spirit we bring you great tidings and joy with this year’s Fa La La La La. Centennial hops take the reins with evergreen and bright citrus, with resounding choruses of Pilsner and Crystal malts echoing in the refrain.
