Taking Bale Breaker’s signature hop-forward style to the dark side with the addition of chocolate and rye malts, this balanced IPA is dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and experimental hop HBC 630 hops.

Brewed for a limited time each holiday season, this mysterious dark nectar is filled with complex flavors and aromas. Toasted malt and roast character blends seamlessly with the alluring herbal hop aroma that comes from copious amounts of Fuggle hops. Bad Santa doesn't care if you’ve been naughty or nice as long as this beer is on your list.

The cold IPA is the merging of two beloved styles of beer, the Pilsner and IPA. In this iteration of our cold IPA series, we have featured our favorite new hop, Talus. This beer is bursting with aroma all while exhibiting the backbone of a lager. Similar to a west coast IPA, the cold IPA seeks to highlight the Northwest’s finest hops while bringing in some recruitments from other countries. True to this adjunct-heavy style, we used malted rice to create a clean finish. Cheers!

A new winter seasonal IPA 16oz can from Fort George. The goal will be to collaborate with breweries that have two loves: IPAs and pizza. This year we partner with our pals at Ruse Brewing out of Portland, OR. Look for cans & draft around the Northwest by the start of December. And watch for a few Pizza Kitchen takeovers, first with Ruse Brewing bringing their Detroit-style pizza to the wood-fired oven at Fort George in mid-December, followed by Fort George slinging pies over at the Crust Collective in Vancouver, WA in January.
