Farm to Market Stout No. 22 Stout is the third beer Ferment has created for Zupan’s Markets. The brewers aged an Imperial Stout for 11 months in specialty Colorado whiskey barrels. The resulting beer is a 14.3% ABV behemoth.

Like its non barrel aged counterpart, this Imperial Stout has bold chocolate notes that are balanced with a hint of cherry and a creamy , smooth finish. The uniqueness comes from notes of vanilla, berries, and dark fruit that have been imparted by Valley Commons Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels.

Barrel-aged in Westland Distilling peated single malt whiskey barrels, Overstory Peated Reserve is our longest barrel-aged and most grandiosely peaty imperial stout with deep flavors of dried fruit, fine cigars and redolent chocolate.

High above the forest floor, the crowns of mature trees mingle and blend to form the overstory. In this beer, our decadent expression of full flavors with layers of rich stout, charred wood, and complex spirits. Aged in American Single Malt Whiskey barrels from Westland Distillery, Overstory has notes of cocoa, toasted mallow and almond.

From the Dark Fields of the farm comes this full-bodied and utterly delicious cold weather companion. Brewed with organic cocoa nibs this Imperial Stout is deep, dark and complex with layers of chocolate, dark toffee, and roasted malts. Very rich with high alcohol and plenty of hops balance out the loads of malted barley.

Imperial milk stout with cinnamon vanilla and ancho chile

Similar to its award-winning brother, both Rhino Suit and Señor Rhino share the same wonderfully rich and chocolatey base blend of stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels, but Señor forges its own identity with the addition of rich cocoa nibs, smoky ancho chiles, spicy cinnamon, and smooth vanilla
