(WA) 7 Seas Brewers Night at Dog and Pony Alehouse 3/10

image courtesy of Russ3ll's Flickr page Renton, WA - Today we would like to draw your attention south of Seattle to Gig Harbor and to Renton, for another unique opportunity. Previously we invited you to read about Mike Runion and Travis Guterson, and now we invite you to meet them in person.

Starting at around 7:00 PM Travis, Mike and a few others from 7 Seas Brewing will be stopping by the Dog and Pony Alehouse in Renton, to serve you a pint. Join them for discussion on their brewery, their beers, or anything else that you can come up with. As usual prizes will be given away, as well as plenty of laughs.

About 7 Seas Brewing

At 7 Seas Brewing we strive to brew, innovate and perfect the Ultimate Proper Pint, one that will invoke an emotional, contemplative response from the drinker. It should cause them to smile, knowing that in our homogenized, cookie cutter world of consumerism, there are still people crafting something of integrity and authenticity. About Dog and Pony Alehouse

Jay and Kristen Fisher are the owners of the Dog & Pony Alehouse & Grill. Jay is a former brewmaster recently in Kauai, Hawaii and Cedar River Brewing Company in Renton, Washington.

Jay has been professionally brewing since 1988 starting with the Weeping Radish in North Carolina, then moved to Wilmington, DE to brew at the Brandywine Brewing Company. He is in brewing semi-retirement choosing to pick beers to sell, rather than brewing them. Kristen is the brains of the organization keeping the wolves at bay as they build the business from nothing, to one of the best small alehouses in the Northwest. Kristen’s background in marketing and accounting and recently receiving her MBA make them a pretty strong combination for success. Jay and Kristen are the proud parents of two amazing little girls. Both adopted in China. Sophie is six and Sydney (Chu-Chu) is Three. They are prime examples of, “Not flesh of my flesh, nor bone of my bone, but still miraculously my own. Never forget for a single minute, you didn’t grow under my heart, but in it.” [more] –source, Dog and Pony Alehouse’s website
