Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Monashee Spirits in Revelstoke. This imperial stout was crafted with black and midnight malts, then aged several months on Monashee Spirits whiskey barrel oak.

Smooth, rich and delicious, this beer is sure to put a smile on your face and warmth in your belly.

Locality Wine Barrel Aged Into the Woods Black Forest Imperial Stout

Like its non barrel aged counterpart, this Imperial Stout has bold chocolate notes that are balanced with a hint of cherry and a creamy , smooth finish. The uniqueness comes from notes of vanilla, berries, and dark fruit that have been imparted by Valley Commons Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels.
