20 Corners Season Pass French Saison

French Saison: We brewed our first batch of this over a year ago. Having experimented with the yeast, we really let this one go wild to get as much funk from the yeast as we could.
Malt: Unfortunately, perhaps the most boring aspect of this beer, except for the healthy dose of acidulated malt... for the pucker factor.

Hops: I hopped this beer with a blend of Northern Brewer and German Perle. I like the spicy, herbal qualities we got. They make for an interesting balance to all that funk.

ABV: 6.2% - Basically the Goldi Locks approach on this one.

IBU: 35 - We get just a smattering of the hops and let the yeast take all the credit.
