Scotch Ale: I was talking with the guys at the brewery and they weren't as familiar with scotch ales as they should have been, so I brewed one for them.
Malt: My base was a very nice Maris Otter. I layered as many specialty malts as I thought I could get away with to get the sweet, caramel flavor I was looking for. Long story short, it's probably in there.
Hops: EKG and Fuggle, of course
ABV: 6.6 - I know, just barely a scotch ale but taste it and tell me it's not.
