American Pale Ale: This beer gets us two credits... It's our version of a smash but is 100% Washington sourced raw materials. We wanted to experiment with a smaller scale maltster for this beer.

Malt: Yep, just one... Skagit Valley NZ151

Hops: We rotate every batch. We love to to have multiple versions on tap for people to learn more about different hop profiles. Right now, we have sWAsh Mosaic and sWAsh Amarillo.

ABV: This changes slightly from batch to batch but usually hovers around the 4.0-4.5 mark. 

IBU: Again, we change it slightly each time. Maybe we'll stop looking if it ever becomes perfect.
