Oh yes, they did! Mother Earth Brewing Company releases Quit Stalin in cans on Nitro.

Ask anyone what their go-to beer is on a hot Summer day, and they’ll tell you it’s something light and refreshing. Ask someone what their go-to beer is on a crisp Winter evening, and they’ll say something dark and with a lot of alcohol. Mother Earth disagrees with that logic. Which is why they released their latest 4Seasons beer, Quit Stalin.

Born a russian imperial stout, before being buried alive in previously used bourbon barrels, Quit Stalin is the most recent limited series of beers to be baptised with Nitro. Oh, and the name?

Well, that’s a clever name for this fan-favorite, previously a draft-exclusive, and something that took forever to make.

Also, this beer recipe has served as a bit of a base, an unfortunate under the dog pile of ingredients, used to produce previous 4Seasons Imperial Stouts. Sure, there are other beers blended into this, but this is the OG, the king, the czar of beers. Plus, this marks a unique opportunity for fans of Mother Earth’s barrel-aged imperial stouts, to try the base beer with only the residual alcohol from the bourbon barrel to give it company.

The brewery feels that if you are a fan of russian imperial stouts, then you’ll appreciate its nitro creaminess, the addition of brown sugar creating a caramel sweetness, and use of roasted barley and coffee malt.
