If this applies to you, then maybe consider something both sexes can enjoy, a beer. Not just any beer, but a farmhouse, a saison, that’s right, something floral and pairs well with cheese and charcuterie. Recognizing the complexity and anxiety that comes with Valentine’s Day, Four Winds Brewing has a solution, Edna.
Born to be a farmhouse-inspired ale, before taking a detour into some cranberries and crab apples, Edna is brilliant in color and character. And like Valentine’s Day, it returns around this time of the year.
Packaged with pop-top, cork-and-cage adornment, this 750ml bottle has been described by the brewers as having a “... dry, tannic character”, “... highlighted by the subtle tart flavours of both crabapples and cranberries, making for a satisfyingly balanced Sour Farmhouse Ale. Perfect to enjoy right away or cellared for an enhanced flavour profile.”
