Four Winds has your answer to what drink to pair with Spring, Clairvoyance.

If you got outside this past weekend, then you know that Summer is approaching. With temperatures floating around 23, Spring felt more like Summer. Maybe that’s why Delta’s Four Winds Brewing released this new treat, to pair with your sunny days. Brewed in collaboration with Nomad Cider, Four Winds has brewed a beer made with native yeast, from the skins of cider apples and aged with Pinot Noir pomace. Introducing Clairvoyance.
For the brewers of Four Winds, the process begins by aging this unique beer in an oak foeder, before transferring into stainless steel tanks. Aging away for two months following, the beer will inspire a conversation with brewers notes of tart, sour, effervescent, funky and notes of pinot noir grapes.
Should you need pairing suggestions, Four Winds suggests “...salty crackers with a tangy goat cheese, prosciutto, fresh radicchio salad, duck saltimbocca, honey glazed carrots, braised collard greens, strawberries.”
