Four Winds' latest releases celebrate birth and loss, with the release of Fleur and Greg

This week, Delta’s Four Winds Brewing celebrates birth and loss, with the announcement of two beers. 

First the brewery celebrates the ongoing loss of their co-founder and President, Greg Mills, with the 2021 edition of Greg. A West Coast IPA, this beer was released in tribute to the late father of the brewery.

For the uninitiated, Greg benefits from resiny pine and balanced with notes of citrus and sweet malt. The result is a beer that is a nearly balanced IPA with just the right amount of kick to remind you’re drinking a West Coast style and one that “Greg would have enjoyed while watching another West Coast sunset”.

Available in 4 x 473 mL cans, the beer is available for purchase at the brewery. 

Following Greg, the brewery celebrates their newest release in Fleur.

In their own words, here is what they had to say about their newest Saison.

We've captured Spring and put it in a bottle! Formerly known as "Wildflower" this delicious Saison has taken on a new name and persona. Reflecting the variety of wildflower, Fleur infuses a Belgian Farmhouse Ale with chamomile, elderflower, and hibiscus for a balanced ale with a stunning rosy hue.

Available in 4 x 330 mL bottles, look for this to be also featured at the brewery taproom.

For the rest of you who aren’t able to make it to the taproom, you should start seeing Greg and Fleur at your local shop soon.
