If you've been tracking Delta's Four Winds Brewing Company's releases since last year, then you've no doubt enjoyed a bottle or glass of Forgotten Fruit. Well, the brand is pleased to announce its return.
Released as Forgotten Fruit, this Farmhouse Ale is another representation of the various techniques employed to produce a beer as delicate as this. Fermented in an oak foeder, before aging further in a stainless steel vessel (along with locally sourced quince), this beer delivers as intended with notes of apple sauce, citrus, pear and a bit of tartness.
Four Winds Brewing Company's taproom is located at 4-7355 72 St, Delta, in the province of British Columbia.
It was announced today, December 3rd, that the brewery's taproom has completed its expansion project. With increased capacity, the brand invites you to swing in for one of their daily tacos, tapas, draught beers, growler fills, or takeaway bottles and cans. In addition to an expanded taproom, Four Winds Brewing Company will soon start hosting LIVE music.
