Snoqualmie, Washington – As part of our Seasonal Beer  program, the Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Company is excited to release its Fall favorite, Harvest Moon.  Newly rebranded and with a tweaked recipe, Harvest Moon is available for widespread distribution through October.  Part of our new program for seasonal is to change the recipe slightly every year. This year Harvest Moon’s Tettnanger Hops have been reduced slightly, which allows the malt to come forward, resulting in a perception of increased sweetness. This beer is perfect when paired with the heartier meals of Fall such as stews, roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, and desserts such as spice or carrot cake.

To draw attention to the changed beer, Harvest Moon’s label has also changed to a more dynamic look with a wolf in a barley field howling at a full moon.

The Snoqualmie Falls Brewery began operation in 1997 and opened the Taproom for beer tasting and family dining in April 2006.
