Mother Earth Fresh as it Gets
Our Annual “Farm-to-kettle” brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features hop superstar Citra, well known for its distinct rich ripe mango, juicy peach, and citrus flavor profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine.
Lucky Envelope Fresh Hop Centennial Pilsner
Our light, crispy, oh-so crushable Fresh Hop Pilsner was hopback steeped with freshly harvested Centennial hops from Crosby Hops. This pilsner showcases the citrusy lime, floral, and fresh cut grass character of wet Centennial flowers without any other processed hop additions.
Ingredients: Made with a proprietary blend of grains, and fresh Centennial hops from Crosby Farms.

Lucky Envelope Fresh Hop Strata IPA
Fresh off the bine and only hours old, our Strata Fresh Hop IPA celebrates the beautiful essence of this once-a-year harvest event. We steep mounds of wet Strata for flavor and aroma without any extra late-additions of processed hops. Strata originated at Oregon State’s Aroma Hop Breeding Program and is known for flavors of juicy tropical and stone fruits layered in with dank cannabis.

Everybody's Head Stash Fresh Hop IPA
Brewed with fresh Simcoe hops, this IPA is full-bodied, resinous, and piney. Citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit mingle with a light malt sweetness. Inhale deeply to experience the bold, dank aroma of this year’s crop. Supplies are limited, so make sure you find a good hiding spot...your roommate that dropped out last semester won’t be able to help himself when he finds your Head Stash.
Ingredients: Made with a proprietary blend of grains, fresh Simcoe hops from Loza Farms, and a proprietary blend of kilned hops.

Container IPA
Highlights of fresh grapefruit, with an undercurrent of dank earthy pine are complemented by a smooth clean bitterness and deep woods forest aromas all via Fresh Chinook.
Ingredients: Maris Otter, 2-Row, Vienna malts; fresh Chinook hops from Bredenhof Farms; and kilned Simcoe, Columbus hops.

Fort George CoHoperative Ale
Every year, local folks with hops growing around their houses, garages, gardens, and farms, bring them down to Fort George on the 2nd Wednesday in September. The brew staff and our hop donors enjoy some pints in the sun while they pick them from the bines. The next day, CoHoperative Ale is brewed with all of those donated wet hops. It's always a draft only, local release at the pub. But everyone who drops off hops gets to take home a growler and a tshirt.
