Lady of Avalon is a traditional Munich-style dark lager: flavorful and complex, yet balanced and drinkable. With a dark beer hue and light lager body, this offering is refined and delicious!

Named after the city this style originated, we kept this one true to its roots. A glowing bronze color with a nice malty aroma gives way to flavors reminiscent of warm baked bread and roasted nuts.

Softly sweet with light toasted malt flavor, perfectly crisp and crafted for reveling. Brewed in collaboration with Skagit Valley Malting using small batch malts to recreate the beauty of a Bavarian-style fest beer with locally PNW sourced grains.

Our Chuckanut Fest Bier emphasizes the use of Vienna malts for a smooth, quaffable fest beer light in color as currently brewed for Oktoberfest in Germany. We highlight our favorite German malts along with a touch of noble hops also grown in Germany. This deep gold lager drinks smooth and clean with an intense maltiness. Highly drinkable but with a slightly stronger abv for the changing of the seasons. Sure to make you order a second stein and say PROST!

Fermented with the Weihenstephan Weizen yeast strain to provide a balance of clove and banana aroma and flavor - has a hint of bubblegum and a slightly tart finish.

Our Unfiltered Bavarian-style Märzen lager, brewed annually in late summer with specialty German malts and delicate noble hops. Cool fermentation and extended cold conditioning smooths out this balanced lager with a round finish.

An ode to bananas foster via a double Dunkelweizen. The Weihenstephan Weizen yeast provides banana and spice while the caramel comes from a good dose of specialty malts. Vanilla in the secondary rounds out the classic flavor profile.
