Four Winds Extralux

We finally made a Hazy! Extralux is a silky, Hazy IPA with subtle notes of melon, peach, and white grape, accented by a resinous piney backbone. A juicy treat that comes on with a huge hop profile, finishing smooth and mellow.

Extralux is available to purchase in the Four Winds taproom and through our online shop right now! We will begin sending flats out to shops across B.C. starting the week of December 20th. A limited number of flats will also be available for distribution in Alberta through Copper & Theory.

Our spritz starts with a slightly tart and light bodied based beer, which we then loaded with peach + passion fruit. Sensibly low on calories and carbs while extremely flavourful, authentic, and easy drinking. ABV 5%.

Phillips Benefit Brew Citrus Lager

Now we’d like you to meet the beer, brewed especially for these two fantastic organizations! The Benefit Brew Citrus Lager is light in body yet full of flavour and easy to drink. Subtle aromas of malted barley and flaked corn are balanced with a light, crisp bitterness. Bright notes of tangerine and lemon round it all out, making this a refreshing lager that keeps you coming back for more.

Stanley Park Passion Fruit Sour

As Vancourites brave record-breaking temperatures, Stanley Park Brewing has launched their Passion Fruit Sour - the thirst-quencher you need to beat the heat. This Pacific-Northwest Style Sour Weisse is brewed with North American Crystal hops and a blend of wheat and barley malt. It is then kettle soured for a tart finish, which is further enhanced by the addition of passionfruit concentrate. Expect the passion fruit to dominate the aroma and flavours, with a lemony citrus note cutting through from the kettle souring process and choice of hops.

Fernie Nomad Wild IPA

A wilderness wanderer’s dream, our Nomad Wild IPA packs a pineapple punch, with overripe fruity characteristics, and an untamed wild yeast.

Returning for a second year, Nomad is brewed using a wild yeast strain, and promises some interesting tasting notes.

The Sabro hop offers pineapple and stone fruit notes, while the Enigma hop brings raspberry, red currant and Pinot Gris to this exciting beer

Luppolo Subdola

Subdola is fermented with a unique strain of Kveik that produces very clean, or lager like, fermentation character even at higher temperatures. This 'sneaky' beer is brewed with corn and rice to add body and complexity and dry hopped with Halletau Blanc, a new world German noble hop varietal. Expect lots of floral and sweet malty aroma, biscuity grain character with earthy hop profile and balanced bitterness. Super clean, crisp and extraordinarily refreshing!

Ingredients: Malted barley, oats, enzyme, yeast, hops, water

By blending Belgian yeast and science, we’ve managed to combine the best Belgian IPA you’ve ever had with the greatest NEIPA ever. We added an enzyme that causes hop biotransformation so that you can now have the ester and phenol complexity of a beer fermented with Belgian yeast together with the juiciness that can only be achieved through the enzymatic cleaving of aroma compounds.Now you can gaze sadly into your glass and reflect that yes, it truly does not get better than this, the Best of All Possible Worlds.

Blended from several barrel-aged vintages spanning a total of 3 years, this classic Flemish style sour beer has an unmistakable cherry-like character, while flavours of oak, chocolate, malt and subtle spice lend a rich complexity.Both villain & hero of the story, Fox is the quintessential Trickster, exposing foolishness & greed with an irreverent flick of his tail. This classic Flemish style beer, with its sweet & sour character is a tribute to Fox’s duality.
