In the anxiety-ridden time, people want to minimize their errands. Four Winds knows this, which is why they are too happy to let you know they have a few things on hand to consider.

Owing to the success of their Original Series Mixed Pack, the brewery is happy to announce they are bringing this back!

Available in a convenient four pack, the brewery hopes you’ll be excited for their IPA, Pale Ale, Saison, and Pilsner. But first a little bit of reading on each beer.

Four Winds IPA 7% and 70 IBU

A bitter beer for the sweetest coast, our West Coast IPA hits major-key notes of citrus and flower, but finishes with a mellowing, hoppy flourish. Smooth and spirited at the same time? Only on the West Coast.

Four Winds Pale Ale 5.2% and 38 IBU

Our American-style pale ale is a tribute to the origins of craft-brewed beer. A dynamic duo of Cascade and Centennial hops combine for a refreshingly bitter ale, varied with the subtle maltiness that gives way to a clean, brisk finish.

Four Winds Saison 6.5% and 30 IBU

We've reincarnated a Belgian standard. Brewed with aromatic Noble hops, we finish our Saison with Pacific Northwest Cascade hops for nuanced notes of flower and spice, and ferment it hot for a fruity ester profile.

Four Winds Pilsner 4.8% and 38 IBU

New World flavours infuse this traditional Czech-style Pilsner.  Bittered with timeless Bohemian Saaz and finished with a heavy measure of New Zealand Motueka, this Pilsner is dry-hopped for a lively citrus lift.

For the brewery, this opportunity to take their Standard Beers is about celebrating the brewery’s roots.

We built our brand around slowly refining these original recipies and are excited to showcase them in one package again for B.C.'s thirsty craft beer lovers!

Available in their takeout window, stop by the brewery in Delta to take home an Original Series Mixed Pack home. Or if you prefer, visit your local Government Liquor store in the coming weeks.

Following upon their Original Series Mixed Pack, the brewery is happy to release another riff from their barrel-aging program with Pomona. With the sold-out success of their previous release, Clairvoyance, Pomona is worth your attention.

We've been brewing this Wood-Aged Stone Fruit Sour Wheat Ale since 2016 and it is consistently one of our best, most cherished beers. Pomona was aged on hand-processed whole fruit with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. We designed this recipe to let the fleshy, tart stone fruits dominate the palate. The beer already has the flavour of apricots before we add the fruit due to the combination of hops, yeast, and bacteria. We then age this beer in two 4000 L foeders with 4000 lbs of squashed nectarines and whole apricots. The pit of the apricot gives the beer a subtle, bitter almond flavour that plays nicely alongside the sharp acidity and bright fruit.

Available today and Government Liquor stores later, Pomona pairs well with arugula salad (accented by Manchego and artichoke hearts), berry pavlova, fish and chips, and salmon salad sandwiches.

Inspiring thoughts of stone fruit (like apricots), Pomona will remind you of wheat ales but with a noticeable Brett funkiness that finishes light and refreshing.

Both Pomona and the Original Series Mixed Pack are available at the brewery, at 4 - 7355 72nd St - Delta B.C. - V4G 1L5.
