Neither rain, nor smoke, nor threat of COVID-19, will stop the brewers at Pike Brewing Company from releasing a new beer. Now in their 31st year, the brewery is happy to share with you their latest amalgamation in Cosmic Pulp

Brewed to be a Juicy-style India Pale Ale, Cosmic Pulp is the brewery’s latest crack at this established, yet refreshing, style of India Pale Ale.

No longer considered a ‘fad’, Juicy India Pale Ale is a style palatable by both Pale Ale and IPA lovers alike.

Described by the brewery as “bursting with fruit flavor of mango & melon”, Cosmic Pulp remains smooth and with a crisp mouthfeel, and with only a modest amount of haziness. The secret is a combination of pilsner malt, flaked wheat, rolled oats, and “Head Brewer Art Dixon’s secret blend to get the juiciest flavor possible”.

Matching the many sunsets witnessed these past few weeks, it might be easy to confuse a pint of Cosmic Pulp for dusk’s light show across the Seattle horizon. And as the latest year-round release, Cosmic Pulp is available at Pike Brewing Company’s The Pub. Also available in 12-ounce six-packs, on draft, wherever you find Pike Brewing Company ales and lagers.
