Festival Preview: WA: 12/6 Big Wood returns to Brouwer’s Cafe

image "Barrels of fun" from fmgbain's Flickr page & sourced via Creative Commons Sometimes in life it’s best practice to be safe than sorry. In this case we might 9/10 safe. Which is why this writer is happy to announce the list for this year’s Big Wood barrel-aged beer festival at Brouwer’s Cafe. With over 50 beers in attendance this festival will be a hit for those looking for their favorite style, with a hint of barrel.

Since 2006 Brouwer’s Cafe has provided those curious about barrel-aged beers a chance to try them on draught. Comprised of both regional, domestic, and international breweries, the festival has been a favorite for lovers of anything and everything wood aged.

It’s a sort of beer convergence where those who have enjoyed Hopfest, Back in Black, Sour Fest, and Hard Liver to get together, and share opinions.

But rather than bore you with more ‘blogging’ here’s the list.

See you there.
