image of Black Raven's Barrel Room courtesy of +Russ's Flickr page Seattle, WA - Starting at 11 AM when most of you are still staring at the clock biding the time till 5 PM Brouwer's Cafe will have opened their doors for another Big Wood Barrel-aged Festival. It's obvious when compares the list we were given versus the list the 'Cafe posted after Thanksgiving there are some omissions. That doesn't mean the previously mentioned beers aren't coming, but this is the list of confirmed beers. Besides when was the last time you went to a beer festival and found every beer on the printout was available?

Be on the lookout starting tomorrow for any last minute additions or subtractions. We have it on good authority there will be some beers not on this list that will be worth looking out for.
