This time around they will hosting Alaskan Brewing, makers of the familiar Alaskan Amber. In typical fashion this four course dinner includes a different beer paired with each course. $49.95 (all-inclusive) get’s you a spot at the table, for this limited seating event.

  • Crostini with Balsamic Onion Marmalade, Spanish Anchovies and Shaved Grana paired with Alaskan India Pale Ale
  • Roasted Wild Salmon with Pea Shoots and Leek Sauté with Truffle Oil paired with Alaskan Amber Ale
  • Berry Clafoutis with Olympic Mountain Honey Vanilla Ice Cream paired with Alaskan White Ale
