The People's Champagne is back! Brewed in the Berliner Style, this sour weisse (white) beer uses Pilsner malt from Skagit Valley along with a large volume of wheat, then fermented with Lactobacillus and our house ale strain. We create this beer every year as a toast to Summer. So raise your glasses and cans to a toast - It's time to celebrate!
