PORTLAND, Ore. … Von Ebert Brewing, the award-winning and locally owned Portland-based brewing company will release its latest beer, Living on Borrowed Time, as part of its Heritage Beer bottle series. 

Living on Borrowed Time is a 5.6% ABV blend of puncheon-aged and foudre-aged mixed culture beer, further conditioned on cherries and marionberries.

Von Ebert teamed with the award-winning Seattle-based bottle shop, Bottleworks, to create a fruit-forward, funky, and complex Heritage Beer. Made using locally grown cherries and marionberries, this beer has a clean acidity and dry finish that leads to sip after sip in the sunshine. 

Living on Borrowed Time will be released at Bottleworks in Seattle on Thursday, June 30th. Von Ebert will also hold a release party Saturday, July 2nd at both its Pearl and Glendoveer pubs. This beer will be available in bottles only.
