Now you have one more beer to add to your list, should you wish to place an order - Chill Helles Lager.
A seasonal for those who support or are fond of Baerlic-brewed beers, Chill Helles Lager, is your reminder there are yards to mow and Summer days to prepare for. At 4.5% ABV, Chill isn’t going to the entire country of Germany to drink their beer, but it might make you feel a little German, one sip at a time.
With a delicate balance of rich malt flavor and spicy and floral hops, this beer is as cold as ICE and built for chillin! Fermented slow and low and condition’d for 5 weeks for maximum crispness.
Also, this beer is the culmination of the past six years at Baerlic, brewing lagers. This might explain why Chill Helles Lager is both delicate and refreshing while encouraging one to relax. It’s the beer one might consume after mowing the lawn, pulling an acres-worth of weeds, or after a heated dispute on how best to reopen the country. Basically, this beer is perfect for any Spring or Summer occasion.
Besides being an ode to Spring and the encroachment of Summer, the beer’s label will be featured on a set of cornhole boards. As a mea culpa for enforcing social distancing, resulting in the lack of Chill Cornhole League, the brewery is giving away one set of Cornhole Boards (if you’re 21 or over).

Say bear-lick…like a bear licking the foam off a frosty mug. Etymologically, it’s an old-english adjective meaning “of barley.” As in there’s beer and then there’s baerlic beer! But feel free to use it whenever you want to describe something that you can’t get enough of. As in: “These waffles are baerlic!”
