Opening soon, in the old Flycaster Brewing Company space, Brewing Savage Company.

Long before commercial brewing, before the word brewpub or taproom was part of the lexicon, people brewed beer at home. For many, making beer at home has led to dream employment as a brewery owner, brewer at a large production brewery, or the owner of a taproom. For the new owners at 12815 NE 124th Street, Suite I, years of homebrewing, have finally paid off.

Like so many before them, Will and Layken Savage didn’t rush into this decision.

Brewing Savage Co. is 5+ years in the making and in early 2020, we decided we were set on  relocating back out west and pursuing our dreams. 2020 had different plans initially, as it has for  most of us. Ultimately, the stars aligned and allowed us to take the leap this summer. Yes, even  during a pandemic. We all need beer!

With plans to open in late October, the redesigned space will feature eight draft options, snacks, parking for food trucks, while remaining conveniently just down the street from restaurants. Besides a safe space to relax, the new owners will offer bottles and crowlers for takeaway along with wine and cider.

Finally, Will and Layken have shared the following, regarding the Grand Opening.

To mark the occasion of our opening, we are hosting a Grand Opening Weekend. We  will kick off the events on Thursday, 10/29/20 to run through Sunday 11/1/20.

For more information, stop by the old Flycaster Brewing Company location, later this month and congratulate the Layken’s on their opening of Brewing Savage Company.
