Boise Brewing Company announces its third IPO, allowing Idaho residents an opportunity to own part of the brewery.

Press Release

Boise, ID … Boise Brewing is excited to announce its third “IPO” or Idaho Public  Offering. This program allows Idaho residents to own a piece of the brewery while enabling the brewery to grow. To date, the Company has raised just over $800,000 and has over 450 local owners from previous IPOs.

“What I like about public ownership and what is a defining characteristic for us is that we are owned by our community. You don’t have to be wealthy. Ownership is approachable for normal craft beer drinkers to share in the potential benefits – both liquid and otherwise.” – Collin Rudeen, founder and President of Boise Brewing

Owners enjoy special benefits, including early access to new releases, a growler fill per month for life, VIP access to Hoptober Freshtival, voting rights, dividends if possible and being part of the tight-knit brewery community.

Boise Brewing intends to use proceeds from this offering primarily to make taproom improvements and possibly begin operations at a second taproom. Projects include the addition of a pilot fermenter for taproom-exclusive beers, furniture upgrades and – possibly – a kitchen. The Company anticipates an incredible amount of development in its neighborhood and would like to both extend an opportunity to participate in the ownership as well as provide a better customer experience. Between hotels, apartments and condos nearby, there are nearly 1,000 rooms in planning or current construction.

To reach customers further removed from the Boise downtown, Boise Brewing would like to open a second taproom. If enough equity is raised in this offering, the Company is looking at locations in Nampa, Meridian or Southeast Boise.
