Changing with the times, Payette Brewing announces an updated look for familiar brands.

Hairstyles, facial hair, piercings, and tattoos. They all shared a shared motivation, change. For some change comes in the form of a new haircut or fresh hair color. For others, it's a freshly groomed or cleanly removed beard or mustache. Others, something semi to mostly permanent, be it a tattoo or a piercing. Change it seems is what motivates the ownership and staff at Boise’s Payette Brewing Company.

No, collectively the brewery isn’t getting a tattoo or coloring their hair but they are updating the look of their cans, the brand takes inspiration from their adventurous philosophy. Owing to the region's rich, recreational escapes, the brewery is refreshing the look of some familiar beers by adding some adventurous flair. 

“We have a lot to be excited about,” said Paige Francis, owner and Marketing Director of Payette Brewing. “Although our mandated closure put a lot of stress on us, we used it as a time to hit refresh and elevate our look to match the attitude of the beer and our beer drinkers.” 

As one holds a newly designed can in their hand, one will know it’s a Payette beer, from its attention to detail inside and it’s attention to the brewery’s roots, featuring an outline of the Payette River and the iconic Idaho bar code. 

Starting this month, look for “Sofa King Sunny”, “Urban Surfer”, and “Embers Porter” to have a fresh look. Shortly after the brewery plans to release new-editions of ”Aura Guava & Hibiscus Sour Ale” and “North Fork Lager

Available at the taproom and wherever you find Payette-supported beer, grab something new.
