“Many holiday beers are crafted with the image of chilliness in the air and snow falling from the sky,” said John Harris, owner and brewmaster at Eclipitc. “Our seasonal takes a different approach. The Filament IPA celebrates the longing we all have for the sun during the shorter days of winter.”
About Filament Winter IPA
As the winter sun hangs low in our sky - some 90 million miles away - solar filaments (giant arcs of cool, dense plasma) explode from its surface. Ecliptic’s Filament Winter IPA celebrates this cosmic wonder. Pale Munich and Caramel malts create a rich malt character with honey-like flavor. A bounty of Crystal, Chinook and Centennial hops combine to lend a spicy, citrus hop note.
Ecliptic beers are available in bottle and on-tap throughout the area, and distributed by: Maletis Beverage (Portland, Salem), Bigfoot Beverage (Eugene, Bend, Coast), Click Distributing (Seattle, Tacoma) and Dickerson Distributing (Bellingham).
