Like the last bottle from a defunct brewery, or the last frite after a hard night of drinking, it all has to go. So we would like to invite you one more time to drive, walk, or bike to Hood River's oldest brewery, Full Sail, for their last Brewmaster’s dinner of the season.

This month's Brewmaster's Dinner theme is Indian. Look for dishes featuring naan bread, spinach and mango salad, chicken curry, and cinnamon and black fig crème Brule. Of course Full Sail will the beer of choice for each dish that is consumed. We have included a rough menu with the usual bullet points.

  • House made naan bread with a roasted red pepper raita and yellow dal, paired with Session.
  • Tandoori Shrimp with a Spinach Mango Salad and Lime Vinaigrette, paired with Pale.
  • Yellow Chicken Curry with Almond Basmati Rice, Frizzled Parsnips and Cucumber Mint Raita, paired with IPA.
  • Cinnamon and Black Mission Fig Creme Brulee, paired with a Special Brewmaster's Blend-- blend your own mix of Collin's Dark Secret and Imperial Stout! We recommend the 50/50 blend.

We also included photos that were given to us by Full Sail.

Nothing more to say other its going to sell out (if it already hasn't), so get on the phone or swing after then open (at 11:00 AM). The dinner kicks off at 5:00 PM and only costs you $25 per person.
