Hood River, OR – In one week Full Sail will be hosting another Brewmaster Dinner at the Hood River Tasting Room & Pub. The current menu listed on their site borrows influences from Italy, while pairing with familiar Full Sail ales and lagers. With dishes like “Arancini-arborio rice stuffed with ham and mozzarella” paired with LTD 04 Lager it should be interesting.

- Tiramisu-Lady fingers dipped in coffee and Marsala layered between mascarpone and whipped eggs & paired with Wassail
