Beer Pairing: (OR) Full Sail Brewing’s Brewmaster Dinner is 2/10

The current menu listed on their site borrows influences from Italy, while pairing with familiar Full Sail ales and lagers. With dishes like “Arancini-arborio rice stuffed with ham and mozzarella” paired with LTD 04 Lager it should be interesting.

Full details regarding the beer and food menu are listed below.

  • Arancini-arborio rice stuffed with ham and mozzarella served with a spicy tomato sauce & paired with LTD 04
  • Crab Ravioli- House made dungeness crab in lobster broth & paired with Session Premium Lager
  • Pork Saltimbocca-White Marble Farms pork loin, balsamic reduction, and arugula salad & paired with Amber Ale
  • Tiramisu-Lady fingers dipped in coffee and Marsala layered between mascarpone and whipped eggs & paired with Wassail
