Brouwer's Cafe logo courtesy of Brouwer's Cafe Seattle, WA – Hard to believe but as you are reading this that down in Fremont and across the street from the old Trolley Car garage (aka, formerly Redhook Brewery), Brouwer’s will be 5 soon. With the official date falling on the 20th of March (during Hard Liver Fest), Brouwer’s decided to do something special starting today rather than remind those while eagerly enjoy snifter upon snifter of barleywine, they are serving IPAs.

Starting today look for an India Pale Ale from one of your favorite local breweries, each with a unique spin on what Brouwer’s Cafe’s Anniversary means to them. Look for India Pale Ales from Big Time, Black Raven, Boundary Bay, Elysian, Fremont, Hales, Pike, Port Townsend, Ram, Schooner Exact, and Skagit River.

As more information comes in regarding each IPA, we will notify you with an individual story. If you want to know more or just curious on the beers, then you best show up at 6:00 PM starting Monday the 1st, 2010. See you there!
