A delightfully fragrant, amber-coloured, west coast Pale Ale, brewed with copious quantities of local, fresh, hand-picked hops - straight out of the fi eld! Featuring Centennial and Cascade hops

For our 2023 annual fresh hop release at Cannery brewing, our brewing team designed this beer reminiscent of our original Muse Extra Pale Ale recipe with a fresh, modern take. It was brewed with fresh Cascade hops from Northwest Hop Farms in Chilliwack, BC as well as Frozen Fresh Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hops, and Golden Promise malts.

A Northwest style IPA using fresh Cascade and Tahoma from a small new hop farm in Argenta, BC (Hamill Creek Hop Farm), dry hopping with some Rakau hops. A little bit of malt character but subdued to showcase the local fresh hops.

Green Reaper is a Fresh Hop apparition sent to collect your taste buds and guide them to the aftertaste. The hops aren't dried: they are delivered fresh to the brewhouse within 24 hours of harvest, maximizing hoppy flavour. But harvest time is short, so grab yours before it goes out of season for another year.

An ode to the famous West Coast Cascade hop! Island grown hops from Maple Bay Hop Farm with Island craft malted barley make up the base of this single malt and single hop, obsessively local, IPA.

Our Fresh hop ESB features a blend of fresh hops grown at our own hop farm in Sooke BC.
