A malt forward Belgian ale featuring notes of dark fruit with toffee aromas. Aged on rum soaked toasted french oak to add another layer of complexity and nuanced flavour. Naturally carbonated in the can for an authentically smooth and delicate mouthfeel. This beer is a collaboration with our good friends at Dageraad. Chuckanut Barrel Aged Stout

This barrel-aged variety is our very popular Export Stout aged for 1 year in Westland Distillery’s Oregon Oak whiskey barrels. This beer boasts an impressive spirit forward nose, with hints of wood, and dried cherry. High gravity lends itself to a very rich and smooth mouth feel. The palate is generously rewarded with hints of chocolate, coconut, and dried cherry.

This is a tasty Winter Ale to snuggle up to, released for the winter months when snow blankets the terrain of the mind and the body craves warmth and, let’s be honest, it’s dark and wet most of the time so your beer better be damn good. Winter Ale is dark like the weather with roast chocolate and warm malt flavors balanced by noble hop aroma and subtle hoppy spice.

Ingredients: 2-Row Pale, Munich, C-120, Chocolate, Carafa 2, and Roast Barley with Columbus, Willamette, and US Goldings hops

‘RAGE QUIT,’ our yearly send-off to the Summer, is an easy drinking and highly flavorful American stout brewed with a nice touch of flaked and malted oats for extra smoothness. Aromas of dark chocolate and espresso beans beets with a soft, roasted coffee flavor and creamy mouthfeel.
