Peach Gobbler is packed full of a delightful fresh peach quality and soft acidity—balanced against a slightly sweet and creamy malt backbone. With aromas of freshly baked pie crust and pure Madagascar vanilla bliss, this beer pairs as perfectly with boasterous holiday feasts as it does nights cuddled up on the couch binge-watching the latest Hallmark holiday movies. This is everything we think a smoothie beer should be...without the cloying sweetness you often run into. Cobble! Cobble!

The Demon King of Friday is our genie that we managed to get back into the bottle. Initially, we had quite a bit of Minotaur (blackberry sour stout aged in bourbon and wine casks) that didn’t take to bottle conditioning, so we brewed a complimentary beer and blended the beer from the bottles with the new brew in LaPhroaig barrel.

Small Gods Chapel Road Orange & Cherry Belgian Dubbel

Both malt and yeast forward, the malt provides a sweet, candy/caramel note while the yeast provides a slight bubblegum flavour. Made with real cherries and oranges, giving this classic style beer a refreshing twist. The Abbey-style beer was originally brewed by monks in monasteries. Our ale is a different kind of spiritual experience: dark caramel with notes of orange and cherry.

Blended with cold brewed coffee from Maniac Coffee Roasting, this version of Kitten Mittens is sassy, fun, and unabashedly delicious. The Mexican coffee roast that was used boasts notes of raisin, cinnamon, and toasted nuts, which blends beautifully with the complex malt profile of Kitten Mittens. A warming dark ale, Coffee Kitten Mittens will keep you company on the darkest and chilliest of winter nights.

8% ABV | 30 IBU
