As Vancourites brave record-breaking temperatures, Stanley Park Brewing has launched their Passion Fruit Sour - the thirst-quencher you need to beat the heat. This Pacific-Northwest Style Sour Weisse is brewed with North American Crystal hops and a blend of wheat and barley malt. It is then kettle soured for a tart finish, which is further enhanced by the addition of passionfruit concentrate. Expect the passion fruit to dominate the aroma and flavours, with a lemony citrus note cutting through from the kettle souring process and choice of hops.

The golden sour base gives the blackberries the flavor spotlight while the addition of lactose gives this sour a perfect blend of tartness and rich creaminess.
