A style that gained international fame thanks to Guinness, Irish Dry Stouts are characterized by a smooth malt body, high drinkability and a dry roasty finish. Mossy Rock is a traditional take on the style, boasting bready malt notes and coffee-like roasted malt notes, and a clean dry finish that is a bit surprising given its black color. Mossy Rock is now available on nitro at the Sunnyland beer garden, and in cans at both locations. 5% ABV // 30 IBU
SEE: Hazy straw with a fine white head.
SMELL: Fresh oranges, strawberries, slight cannabis, and pine.
TASTE: Smooth bready malt body, big hop notes of fresh orange, papaya and mango, strawberry and lingering piney bitterness.
BITTER: 2 (out of 5).
SWEET: 2 (out of 5).
HOPS: Citra, Mosiac, Cashmere
MALTS: 2-Row, Pilsner, Spelt Malt, and Flakes Oats
