Shared today, Seattle’s Lucky Envelope Brewery is hosting a unique event celebrating “sour beers”. With names like Boysenberry Sour, TropiCoolship Sour, Watermelon Splash Sour, and Gin Barrel-Aged Blonde; the brewery invites all to visit them this Saturday.

With doors opening at noon (12pm) the brewery taproom will showcase these four along with their always refreshing previous and ongoing releases.

Breaking things down, here’s our visual guide for those who wish to learn more about these unique takes on a “sour” beer.

A reminder to guests new to Lucky Envelope Brewery. There’s no kitchen in the taproom, instead guests are encouraged to bring their own food or choose from a small selection of snacks onsite. However, for this Saturday’s event, the folks at Po’Boy & Tings will be onsite with their unique menu of sandwiches, wings, and other options.

Lucky Envelope Brewery is at 907 NW 50th Street in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.

loved ones as a gesture of luck and goodwill. Lucky Envelope’s brewing philosophy is centered  on Culturally Inspired Beer whose recipes draw from modern and historic styles, techniques,  and ingredients.

Located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Lucky Envelope Brewing has garnered accolades  since its May 2015 opening, including several medals at the Washington Beer Awards and at the  prestigious Great American Beer Festival® (GABF) competition.
