Gigantic Brewing is delighted to invite you to join us in celebrating our 10th anniversary on Saturday, May 7th from 12-10pm at our Brewery location (5224 SE 26th Ave). When we began brewing back in May 2012, we made a vow to start small and stay (stubbornly) small, and we are beyond amazed at the ways we’ve grown over the past ten years – but we’re still pretty small. We would be nothing if it weren’t for all of your support over the years, and we’d love to invite you all to celebrate with us.
Join us for a Saturday that will be filled with nothing but incredible beers, music, food and fun. There will be DJs spinning records all day including DJ Erock, The Country Co-op, and special DJ appearances by BJ & Wu-G (Ben & Van). DJ Rev Shines will headline the 8-10pm slot, so have your dancing shoes on! We’ll be tapping rare beers from our cellar all day and are releasing two very rare 10th anniversary versions of MASSIVE!. These are unique single barrel versions of our barley wine, one aged in Willett bourbon barrels and the other in W.L. Weller bourbon barrels. We set them aside to age even longer than our normal MASSIVE! releases and the extra time was well worth the wait – the depth and nuance of flavor that was developed is impressive. As a preview of our upcoming Hawthorne location, which is slated to open in late summer, we will be cooking two items from our very first food menu – the Gigantic Smashburger and Baller Grilled Cheese. The Tattoo Bus will be here with custom Gigantic flash, so choose wisely. There will also be a Gigantic 10th Anniversary “photo booth” as well as a comedy showcase with Seth Allen. All this and more special guests, be here to experience it live!
