As the temperatures rise in the Rose City it becomes increasingly clear that Summer will be upon us soon. With it comes the pull of outdoor strolls, evening barbecues, and of course another seasonal from Portland’s Ecliptic Brewing Company. Announced earlier this year, as part of their calendar of releases, Ecliptic Brewing is happy to announce the release SunRay Juicy IPA.

Available in 12-ounce cans, SunRay is a Juicy IPA brewed with Bru-1 and Idaho 7 hops, and 100% Pale malt. The end result from this brewing symphony is a beer that has heavy notes of tropical and citrus fruit but a declared juicy punch. Plus at 6.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) and 45 IBU (international bittering units), SunRay is the perfect Spring prefunk beer.

“We’re excited to release a new style in our Seasonal Series lineup,” says Ecliptic’s Sales Manager, Erin Grey Kemplin. “Even the name – SunRay – evokes a bright, flavorful beer, and we hope people find it to be a perfect, thirst-quenching summer go-to.”

Released mid-May, consider picking up a takeout six-pack at Ecliptic Brewing Company or throughout the Pacific Northwest, wherever you find Ecliptic Brewing beers.
