Back for the 2020 NFL season, Foggy Noggin Brewing releases Cease & Desist Skittles IPA.

With the prospects for a rain-soaked, nearly smoke-free Sunday Night Football in Seattle, Foggy Noggin is releasing their Cease & Desist Skittle IPA.

Originally named 12th Man Skittles IPA, Texas A & M University issued Foggy Noggin a strike as owners of the trademarked 12th Man title. Rather than abandon the beer, the brewery renamed their India Pale Ale to Cease & Desist out of recognition for this notoriety. Today, like previous years, the beer returns just in time for the start of the Seattle Seahawks season.

Brewed to be a traditional India Pale Ale and complemented with Skittles candy, Foggy Noggin’s Cease & Desist Skittle IPA is available throughout the 2020 NFL season. All that’s asked of you is to pre-order your 22 ounce or growler bottles of Cease & Desist while the taproom remains closed for hosting.
