The Great Guinness Toast, Zwanze Day, Duvel Day. These are all examples of world-class breweries, reminding those aware and unaware of an opportunity to enjoy a pint (or bottle) in the presence of like-minded individuals. Not content to be associated with meats and cheeses, St. Bernadus has entered the fray of breweries promoting a national day of awareness. Welcome to ABT12 Day.

A bit of trivia, Guinness Brewing, is also associated with the Guinness Book of World Records, but the Great Guinness Toast is not recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Brewed in Watou, Belgium, St. Bernadus 12 got its humble start in 1946 after the Monastic Monks originating from the Catsberg Abbey Community in France sought a home for their Trappist Ale. Brewed as a traditional quadrupel (or quad), St. Bernadus 12 inspires the consumer to ponder fruity notes coursing along your palate before finishing bittersweet.
