Participating breweries announced at the inaugural "Washington Beer BBQ"

Seattle, WA - The Washington Beer Commission is proud to announce the inaugural Washington Beer BBQ at the South Lake Union Discovery Center lawn (101 Westlake Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109). The event will feature 35 Washington breweries and their beers will be designed to pair perfectly with smoked meats from some of Seattle's finest BBQ food trucks!

The Washington Beer BBQ will take place on Saturday, August 18, between noon and 6pm.

Tickets are available now at washingtonbeer.com and are $30 in advance, $35 at the door, or you can save some cash by purchasing $25 discount tickets at the just opened Flatstick Pub location near South Lake Union (609 Westlake Ave. North, Seattle, 98109) . Admission includes a 5oz tasting glass and 10 tasting tokens. Additional tokens available to purchase for $2.00 each, or three tokens for $5.00.
