image_thumb[2]There's a rumor circulating throughout West Seattle, Lake City, and Burien; that an Imperial Stout is about to be released. But this isn't your run-of-the-mill Imperial Stout. In fact this year's edition of Fauntleroy Imperial Stout won at the Washington Beer Awards., this past Spring.

Brewer’s description of Fauntleroy Imperial Stout

9%, made with organic malt and hops. Dry roasted coffee bitterness, smooth alcohol warming

Look for Fauntleroy Imperial Stout to make it's debut at all three Elliott Bay Brewing locations, this mid-December.

But if you aren't a fan of waiting, then you can get a four ounce preview at this year's Winter Beer Festival, December 6th & December 7th.

Cheers
